PRIVACY

Your data, in plain English.

AgentPost is a small project I run on my own. This page explains what I collect when you visit this site or join the waitlist, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. I have kept it short and in plain English.

Last updated 29 October 2026

The short version

  • If you join the waitlist, I keep your email address so I can tell you when there is something to try. Nothing else.
  • I count visits and clicks to see what works, without cookies and without ever recording your email.
  • I never sell your data, show you ads, or share your email with anyone for their own use.
  • Email hello@agentpost.app and I will remove you, whenever you like.

Who is responsible

I build and run AgentPost myself. I decide what happens to your data, which makes me the data controller under the GDPR. You can reach me at hello@agentpost.app.

What I collect when you join the waitlist

When you submit the waitlist form, I store:

  • your email address
  • the website you came from, if your browser shares it (just the site name, such as linkedin.com)
  • the date and time you signed up

Why, and on what basis

I use your email address for one thing: to send you an email when AgentPost is ready for you to try. You will not be added to a newsletter or a marketing list.

The legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing me, and I will delete your address.

Analytics

To understand which parts of this page work, I use PostHog, a product analytics service, on its servers in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). It records things like which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, and whether the waitlist form worked.

It runs without cookies and stores nothing on your device, so every visit is counted as a new, anonymous visitor. Session recording is switched off. Your email address is never sent to it.

Like any website, PostHog receives your IP address and basic browser details when your browser sends it an event. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works.

Cookies

Visitors to this site get no cookies. The only cookie AgentPost sets is a sign-in cookie for people who log in to the app itself.

Who else handles your data

A few services do the work behind the scenes. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:

  • Vercel hosts this website. Like every web host, it keeps short-lived technical logs of requests, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
  • Neon stores the waitlist in a database in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany).
  • Resend sends me a short email when someone joins, so I know about new signups. That email contains your address.
  • PostHog provides the analytics described above, in the EU.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel and Resend are based in the United States, so some data may be processed there. Both work under data protection agreements that use the safeguards the GDPR requires for these transfers.

How long I keep it

I keep your email address until you ask me to remove it, or until the waitlist closes and I no longer need it, whichever comes first. Analytics are kept as anonymous statistics.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

  • show you what I hold about you
  • correct it
  • delete it
  • stop using it, or give you a copy of it

Asking a question or making a request

Email hello@agentpost.app. I will reply within 30 days, and usually much sooner. If you are not happy with my answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Changes to this page

If I change how AgentPost handles your data, I will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and you are on the waitlist, I will email you first.
